Elite Ambulance Sales is a leading provider of quality new remount ambulances and refurbished used ambulances. We are seeking a motivated, dependable, and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to work independently while managing the full sales process from lead generation to vehicle delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective customers.
- Manage the sales process from initial inquiry through final delivery.
- Develop knowledge of ambulances, emergency vehicle equipment, and industry trends.
- Collaborate closely with production teams to ensure customer expectations are met.
- Prepare customer quotes, proposals, and bid documents.
- Respond promptly to leads generated through the website, phone calls, and email inquiries.
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track leads, manage customer interactions, and monitor sales activity.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events as needed.
- Stay informed on new products, technologies, and market developments.
- Maintain accurate sales documentation and required paperwork.
- Analyze sales trends and assist with forecasting future sales opportunities.
- Inspect vehicles prior to delivery to verify quality, functionality, and customer specifications.
- Address and resolve customer questions or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Qualifications
- Availability to work a 40+ hour work week.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and/or the emergency vehicle industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

- Have working knowledge of all ambulance electrical systems
- Able to physically run wiring and make connections on all parts of vehicle
- Have working knowledge of all chassis models
- Knowledge of 110 volt inverter and shore power
- Knowledge of 12 volt HVAC systems
- Assist 12 volt electrician in all aspects of ambulance electrical systems
- Run wiring harnesses
- Mount emergency lights
- Make electrical connections for both new and existing wiring
- Able to adapt to other aspects of the ambulance remount process
- Install parts on the exterior of ambulances
- Must be able to lift heavy weights
- Installation to include but not limited to running boards, bumpers, treadplate, handles and any other exterior parts
- Welding experience a plus
